UK Standard Delivery - £3.95 - FREE when you spend £80 or more!
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery and generally take 1-5 working days to arrive. All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day!
UK Next Day Delivery - £8.00 - Next day delivery if ordered Monday-Thursday before 3pm.
Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 3pm will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to arrive the following day between 7:00am-1:00pm. Royal Mail cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 7:00am-1:00pm window.
UK Special Saturday Delivery - £10.00 - Saturday delivery if ordered before Friday 2pm.
Orders placed between Thursday 3pm and Friday 2pm will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Saturday Delivery and are guaranteed to arrive Saturday between 7:00am-1:00pm. Royal Mail cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 7:00am-1:00pm window.
International Delivery - £12.00 per item - Please allow 5-14 working days for delivery.
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail’s International Signed For service where items will receive priority handling in the UK and abroad and are electronically tracked to the point of delivery. Please note: any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Further Delivery Information:
We want to keep your delivery prices as low as possible, however due to the size and weight of certain products you may be asked to pay a surcharge on heavier items that will not fit in a standard size courier pack. Heavy Items will have an extra charge of £3 added at the checkout.
Orders can only be sent to the customers registered card address or a work address which can be verified. We cannot send orders to a different domestic address to that of which the credit or debit card is registered to.
Arena Menswear reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee to re-send any parcel that is returned to us by the couriers either because the items could not be signed for upon delivery or were not collected from the courier depot. We will contact the customer to inform them the parcel is with us and if we do not receive a response within 7 working days we will refund the item(s), excluding the shipping costs, and cancel the order. After that if a customer still wants the item(s) they will have to place a new order.
If a customer enters the incorrect details, which in turn, means the parcel is sent to the wrong address, Arena Menswear will not be responsible and will pass over any attempts at retrieval to the customer.
Claims for items lost in the post can only be started 15 days after the date of postage. (Standard Royal Mail procedure)
If you receive an order that is incorrect, ie: wrong size/colour etc it must be reported either by phone or e-mail within 7 working days and we will inform you of the next steps to be taken.
