Delivery & Returns
Please be aware due to the current global pandemic, delays are to be expected. International and UK delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is available in your shipping confirmation.
UK Standard Delivery: £2.50 / Free for orders over £20.00.
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 Delivery and generally take 1-5 working days to arrive. All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day.
UK Next Day Delivery: £8.00
Next day delivery is available on all orders made Monday - Friday before 1pm. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1pm will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed to arrive the following day before 1pm.
International Delivery: £12.00 (Items under 2kg)
Standard delivery charge of £12.00 for items under 2kg, any item over 2kg will carry an additional charge of £5.00 per kg. Please allow 5 - 14 working days for international delivery. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail’s International Signed For service where items will receive priority handling in the UK and abroad and are electronically tracked to the point of delivery. Please note that any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Red Wing Products:
Unfortunately due to new legislation we are no longer permitted to sell Red Wing products to international customers and as such any international purchase will be automatically cancelled and refunded. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
UK & International Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to return an item for any reason, you may return your items to us providing they are in their original, reusable condition with all original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will normally be processed within three to five working days after the goods are returned and received by ourselves, however this may take longer to appear on your account statement. We will email you to confirm a refund has been made.
Please not that all are authorised stockists for all our brands, meaning that all our products are 100% genuine and sourced directly from the brands themselves.
Arena Menswear reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee to re-send any parcel that is returned to us by the couriers either because the items could not be signed for upon delivery or were not collected from the courier depot. We will contact the customer to inform them the parcel is with us and if we do not receive a response within 7 working days we will refund the item(s), excluding the shipping costs, and cancel the order. After that if a customer still wants the item(s) they will have to place a new order.
If a customer enters the incorrect details, which in turn, means the parcel is sent to the wrong address, Arena Menswear will not be responsible and will pass over any attempts at retrieval to the customer.
Claims for items lost in the post can only be started 15 days after the date of postage (Standard Royal Mail procedure).
If you receive an order that is incorrect it must be reported either by phone or e-mail within 7 working days and we will inform you of the next steps to be taken.
When returning items, we recommend Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and would advise retaining proof of postage as we will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit.
