At the junction between Mizuno's technical and casual universes, the WAVE RIDER ß GTX offers the best of both worlds. They continue the Wave Rider ß story with a more technical chapter by keeping its casual DNA, but adding a more unique and seductive version on top. Still present is the suede touch and the overall rich and high-end feeling but added is a Gore-Tex membrane providing a water-resist outer to protect you from the elements. Gore-Tex branding is present on both sides with the iconic woven label on the outer and a thermos transfer PU film on the medial side. Compared to Mizuno's inline Wave Rider β, this GTX version uses a more technical mesh, an embossed eyestay and more reflective details on toe cap, tongue and heel all sitting on the most recent WR26 sole unit.
