The 8-inch Classic Moc is arguably the most well-known boot in the Red Wing Heritage Collection. The commanding style was initially built as a hunting boot when it debuted in 1952, and its comfort and toughness quickly made it a favorite at job sites.
Today, the boot is still made in Red Wing, Minnesota with the same commitment to craftsmanship and materials that made it a legend. The iconic Traction Tread rubber outsole and moc toe construction stand out as the signature features of the boot, and Puritan triple-stitching and a Goodyear welt ensure lasting durability.
As with our other Oro Legacy Moc Toe Boots they features a triple-stitched oil-tanned leather upper which is water, stain, and perspiration resistant. The leather also has a more natural look and feel as fewer finishing materials have been used. This oil-tanned leather is extremely durable and has been used to construct a number of work boots during Red Wing's 108+ years in business.
